HH & Nineveh-10Parenting seems to be on my heart lately. But this week, while scrolling through Facebook I came across this quote, “Most parents are not concerned with whether or not their children are godly. They are only concerned that their children don’t act ungodly” – Dwight Peterson. As a parent that is still “wet behind the ears”, I found this quote strikingly humbling. I had to ask myself, “Do I want my son to be godly or just not act ungodly”. In other words, do I care more about my sons conduct or character? If you are parent or know one I hope you will find time to reflect on this article.
