Starting something new? It can be exhausting. All the new stuff to learn can be overwhelming. And if this new start requires new relationships with new people then out of place could be a possible feeling as well. If this is or has ever been you, I understand.

I just started a new job 2 weeks ago (hence the lack of posts the past two weeks – sorry). Don’t get me wrong, it has been a great move, a wonderful transition, and an exciting time. But here is the thing, the new job involves a lot of leadership. Leading the charge on content. Leading the direction on a future path. Leading in adapting current practices. And of course, leading a team of awesome people.  When you lead that much communication is key.

So when I saw an article titled: “My Top Leadership Communication Secret“, I immediately had to read it. And I am so glad I did. This secret is an amazing tool. If you are in leadership, don’t allow me to overpromise, you have already heard of , know, and probably practice it. But this secret is a much-needed reminder and refresher for all of us in leadership.

As always be with the Lord’s people on the Lord’s day!
